Retail Store Associate Position offers a growing, high-impact, customer-centric role, working independently and as a team member, to positively impact the lives of others, in a top-notch retail setting.

Essential Functions:

Provides separate customer service by anticipating customer needs, showing empathy and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues

Concentrate on the customer by providing a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and helping to identify additional items when needed.

Properly act as a cashier – Manage cash, check, and credit card transactions accurately while following company policies and procedures

Maintain the sales floor by retrieving shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.

Support shop opening and closing activities if necessary

Provide customer support in all departments including photos and beauty, ensure that departments are fully stocked and functional in the current state with all updated services and equipment

Assist pharmacy staff as needed, including working in regular shifts at the pharmacy as part of growth and career development opportunities

Embrace and support new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our mission to help people on their path to better health

Required Qualifications

Age at least 16 years

Physical Requirements:

Staying straight, especially for long periods of time

Occasionally lifting and applying ball up to 35 pounds, frequent ball up to 10 pounds, and regular insignificant amounts of force to move objects in and out of, including overhead lifting.

visual Sharpness – Having close visible acuity to perform activities which include: traveling a pc terminal, analyzing, visible inspection regarding small parts/details.

Eligibility of choice

Previous experience setting up a retail or customer service

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
